According to the Purchase Act, a right of complaint of 24 months is granted on all goods. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects in the product, which have occurred up to 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior that has led to the defect. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after you have identified the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely.

ODR - EU online complaint solution
From 15/2 2016, European companies and consumers have a new digital platform called ODR, which we as a webshop are obliged to refer to. The platform allows EU consumers who shop online in other EU countries to complain directly to the European company where they have purchased a product or service that has not lived up to expectations.
