SHIPPING

Packed and shipped in a protective tube or envelope.

Delivery time: When you order at rasmussatto.com, we will send your package within 1-5 working days. All packages have a track and trace number, so you can follow your package at all times. If you have ordered door-to-door delivery and the supplier cannot get rid of the package (eg if they unexpectedly cannot enter the stairwell), the package will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop for collection.

If a package is lost along the way, we reserve the right to spend up to 72 hours searching for the package in collaboration with the supplier.
For uncollected packages in the parcel shop (must be done within 10 days from mail / sms notification), Rasmussatto.com reserves the right to charge a fee for the shipping costs that the shipment has incurred on Rasmussatto.com.
