Refund policy

As a customer of Rasmussatto.com, you have a full right of return on the products you buy from us. You can get your money back at any time if you send the item back, along with a copy of your order confirmation, and it arrives unused and intact as when you received the item. If the item is not intact / unused, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the impairment we are deemed to have received the item. Returns must be made within 14 days. We will refund the money directly to your credit card. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you must pay for the freight (both delivery and return freight). If you refuse to receive your order, you will have to pay the full freight  rates for delivery and return of the package. The remaining amount will be refunded directly to your credit card within a few days.
